1. Shipping within United States (Domestic)
Mostly, US domestic orders are delivered within 5-6 business days of placing the order unless the product is back ordered (Out of Stock). Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. International customers please scroll below to find more about the international shipping policy.
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts- the processing time and the shipping time.
A. Processing time- The time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. In most cases, this is 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind that these are estimates based on previous shipping times and may sometimes take a little longer based on stock availability and demand.
B. Standard Shipping- Standard Shipping typically takes 3-4 business days to arrive, within the continental 48 U.S. only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico.
C. Expedited Shipping- Currently we are not providing Expedited Shipping service(s).
D. Shipping Note- Extra shipping charges might apply for glass items, liquids, probiotics (ships along with icepacks) or heavy weight packages due to the dimensions of the shipping box. Please contact us for any concerns and inquiries.
E. Return Policy- We take care of your concerns while you order at mapleherbs.shop. If you have received wrong or incorrect products, report immediately to us within 1 business day (24 hours) of the delivery of the order through a call, chat or support email. You may be asked to provide supporting image or video, in case of wrong, incorrect or damaged products received. Our team will verify the requests made within 24 (twenty-four) business hours from the time of receipt of the complaint. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, mapleherbs.shop will facilitate prepaid return pickup for the wrong product delivered. Please ensure, however, that the product is sealed and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact, before handing it over to the carrier for return.
2. Shipping outside the United States (International)
Duties, taxes & fees:
In many of the countries served by Maple Herbs Worldwide Inc, we offer at least one shipping option that includes pre-paid duties, taxes. You (the customer) are responsible for paying any duties, taxes & fees that may be required - These charges are exclusive of your shipping charge and will be collected at the time of order check out, except in cases, where these fees will be collected in your country by customs or the delivery agent.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to the products you are ordering. Additionally, when ordering from Mapleherbs.shop you are considered the importer of record and must comply with the laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs or any quarantine fees or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office.
STRICTLY NO RETURN FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
A. International Delivery Timelines-
It generally takes estimated 12-15 business days for the product to be delivered to you.
B. Expedited Shipping for International Orders-
We ship all our products from the United States, even if we use expedited shipping method, you will receive the product only once it clears the customs, as it's an international shipment. No seller has any hold on the Custom Clearance time frame. Hence, there's no expedited shipping available for International orders.
C. First-Time (International Customers) Credit Card Verification Policy
Please note that first time international customers MUST email a copy of the front page of their credit card statement (monthly statement/ bill sent to you indicating how much you have spent), or a copy of the front and back of your credit card along with a utility (water, electricity or gas) bill indicating your name + shipping address. This step is only done once for the first-time customer to verify that you are indeed the owner of the card and that there is no fraud or misconduct. Only after verifying the credit card, we will fulfil the order.
4. Refund Policy
Customers are eligible for full refunds only after successful review of the discrepancy claim and approval by our team, in case of a damaged product. In case of wrong or incorrect product, refund amount will be credited back only once the wrong product is returned to us in its original condition. If you have paid by Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Digital Wallets, then refund will go back to the original mode of payment and it may take up to 3-4 business days to reflect.
