Bioactive Milk Peptides (Lactium®) is a milk protein extract formulated with patented bioactive peptides. Published studies reveal that these bioactive milk peptides promote restful sleep and support relief from stress.

Supplementing with bioactive milk peptides was found to support stress coping and promote healthy mood in stress-prone individuals participating in a placebo-controlled trial. In another study, a group of 63 women reporting a variety of stress-related difficulties experienced an change of over 20% in emotional response with just 150 mg per day of these bioactive milk peptides. A trial in healthy adults found three 400 mg doses of milk peptides given 12 hours apart, encouraged healthy cortisol and blood pressure reactions to stress.
