Complex carbohydrates from real food sources such as sweet potatoes and rolled oats, with organic fruit flavor systems sweetened with natural stevia. Gaspari Quick Meal is real food.

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts- the processing time and the shipping time.

B. Standard Shipping- Standard Shipping typically takes 5 to 8 business days to arrive, within the continental 48 U.S. only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico.
C. Expedited Shipping- Currently we are not providing Expedited Shipping service(s).
