Typically, US domestic orders are delivered within 5 to 8 business days from the day order is shipped unless the product is back ordered (Out of Stock).

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts- the processing time and the shipping time.

A. Processing time- The time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. In most cases, this is 3 to 5 business days. Please keep in mind that these are estimates based on previous shipping times and may sometimes take a little longer based on stock availability and demand.

B. Standard Shipping- Standard Shipping typically takes 5 to 8 business days to arrive, within the continental 48 U.S. only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico.

C. Expedited Shipping- Currently we are not providing Expedited Shipping service(s).

D. Shipping Note- Extra shipping charges might apply for glass items, liquids, probiotics (ships along with ice packs) or heavy weight packages due to the dimensions of the shipping box. Please contact us for any concerns and inquiries.
