Our High Potency Optimized Folate is a cardiovascular health supplement that also supports cognitive health and more with 8500 mcg of metabolically active 5-MTHF.
Maintaining normal levels of homocysteine, a metabolic byproduct, is associated with both cardiovascular and cognitive health. Folate, a B vitamin, helps maintain homocysteine levels already within normal range. However, not everyone can efficiently convert folate to its biologically active form. Our formula provides 5-MTHF, so you don’t have to.
The 5-MTHF folate in High Potency Optimized Folate is an ultra-bioavailable form of the B-vitamin commonly called folic acid.
