Ashwagandha is an ancient medicinal herb used to relieve stress, boost energy, and aid concentration. The ashwagandha plant has yellow flowers and is native to India and Southeast Asia where it has a medicinal history stretching back over 3000 years. Hindu monks considered ashwagandha a versatile herb capable of acting as a health tonic, strength enhancer, and libido booster.
