PyrroloQuinoline Quinone (PQQ) is an organic molecule often found in fruits and vegetables. Plants absorb it through their roots, and as such, it is naturally present in many different foods, from green peppers to kiwis. PQQ is a cofactor. A cofactor is required by certain specific enzymes to function.
