St. John’s Wort is a yellow-flowered plant that is considered a natural aid for several emotional disorders such as depression, anxiety, somatic symptom disorder, ADHD, and OCD.
St. John’s Wort may also be helpful for easing symptoms of menopause and promoting wound healing.* Topical application is often promoted for various skin conditions including wounds, bruises, and muscle pain.
